  • Name and email address — provided voluntarily when you request a project plan
  • Chat and interview data — the full content of your messages and responses during the guided interview process, which are saved to our database
  • Generated project plan — the plan created based on your input, which is saved to our database and remains the intellectual property of AXYMS (see our Terms of Service)

3. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking technologies. The only cookies used on our site are essential cookies required for basic website functionality (such as remembering your cookie banner preference). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar services.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

  • Generate your customized project plan
  • Follow up regarding your project inquiry
  • Improve our service offerings
  • Analyze chat interactions and generated plans to enhance the quality and accuracy of future outputs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data, including chat interactions and generated project plans, is stored persistently in secure cloud-based databases using industry-standard encryption and security practices with appropriate access controls. Chat and plan data is retained indefinitely to support service delivery and improvement unless you request deletion (see your rights below).

6. United States Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of a US state with comprehensive privacy legislation (including but not limited to California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have additional rights including:

  • The right to know what personal data we collect
  • The right to request deletion of your personal data
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

7. Canadian Privacy Rights (PIPEDA)

For users in Canada, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information held by us
